Shipping policy

How will my order ship?

Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. It should arrive at your door within two to three business days after we ship. Canadian and international orders will take longer (7–10 days). If you have any questions, please email us at hello@postmarkdstudio.com.

We will send an email confirmation with tracking information when we ship your order so you’ll know exactly when your package will arrive.

When will my first subscription ship?

Once you place your first order, the current month’s Parcel will ship immediately! (For example, if you place your order on June 14, you will receive the June Parcel.) You will then be charged on the 1st of the next month for your next Parcel and all subsequent months will process on the 1st of the month.

Our Parcels are always scheduled to ship on the 1st of the month—unless it falls on a weekend or holiday, in which case we ship the following Monday. In rare cases, unanticipated factors such as inclement weather could hold up the arrival of your Parcel. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these circumstances.
