My Subscription

What type of PostBox subscription plans are available?

You may subscribe for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months depending on your personal preference. You can shop the different types of subscription box plans here.

Can I cancel my subscription?

One-month subscribers may cancel future PostBox subscription plans by the 15th of the month. There are no cancellation fees. Simply log in to your account. Under Subscriptions, click on Billing to cancel your subscription. Please note, you must cancel by the 15th of the month to avoid receiving the following month’s shipment.

Once a subscription order has been placed, the initial subscription cannot be canceled.

Longer-term subscribers may cancel at any time prior to their renewal date. However, please note that we do not honor cancellations or refund any prepaid long-term subscription plans (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plans) during the terms of the plan.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

We are flattered! Please email us at hello@postmarkdstudio.com, and we will take care of you.

What if I just signed up and want to receive the current month’s PostBox?

We try to reserve a few extra boxes each month. Please email us at hello@postmarkdstudio.com, and we will gladly assist you with your purchase, which will total the cost of the box + shipping.

Billing

When is my credit card charged?

For monthly subscriptions, you card is charged at the time of purchase, and you will receive your first Postmark’d Studio subscription box the following month. A recurring charge will be applied to your credit card each month on the 20th.

For 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscription plans, your credit card is charged in full at the time of your purchase. A recurring charge for your subscription plan will be applied to your credit card when your plan automatically renews (the same date you initially signed up). Example: If you select a 3-month plan on June 5, your subscription will automatically renew for 3 additional months on September 5.

Is sales tax charged?

We do not charge sales tax as Postmark’d Studio is based in the state of Oregon.

What forms of payments do you take?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

How do I make changes to my billing information?

You may edit your billing information on your account page under Billing. If you have questions, please email us at hello@postmarkdstudio.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

I have a monthly subscription—do I need to manually purchase each month?

No. After you select the 1-month subscription plan, a recurring charge will be applied to your credit card on the 20th of each month.

What is the return policy?

We understand there may occasionally be an item you don’t absolutely love. We put a tremendous amount of thought, time, and energy into selecting products for your box. Pay the gift forward and share with a friend or loved one. In plain English, all sales are final!

Shipping

When will my first PostBox subscription ship?

Once you place your first order, your PostBox will ship by the fifth of the following month. (For example, if you place your order on June 14, your first box will ship on or by July 5.)

Our boxes are always scheduled to ship by the fifth of the month—unless it falls on a weekend or holiday, in which case we ship the following Monday. In rare cases, unanticipated factors such as inclement weather could hold up the arrival of your box. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these circumstances. Why do you charge shipping?

At Postmark’d Studio, we believe you should get what you pay for! There are so many wonderful treasures we wish to share with you, and we want you to realize the full value of the delightful selection we carefully curate. We think you would rather pay a bit for shipping to get a richer bounty of beautiful products!

How will my PostBox subscription box ship?

Your subscription box will ship via USPS Priority Mail. It should arrive at your door within two to three business days after we ship. Canadian and international orders will take longer (7–10 days). After you place your first order, your PostBox will ship by the fifth of the following month. (For example, if you place your order on June 14, your first box will ship on or by July 5). Our boxes are always scheduled to ship by the fifth of the month—unless it falls on a weekend or holiday, in which case we ship the next business day. If you have any questions, please email us at hello@postmarkdstudio.com. We will send an email confirmation with tracking information when we ship your box so you’ll know exactly when your package will arrive. We hope you are delighted with your subscription box. Enjoy!

Do you offer upgraded shipping?

We do not offer upgraded shipping options at this time. Be sure to check the website, where we will post shipping cutoff dates for holidays such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day.

How can I make changes to my shipping address?

You may make changes to your shipping address on your account page under Billing. Shipping addresses must be updated by the 20th of the month to ensure delivery of the following month’s box. Returned shipments due to an invalid address will incur a reship charge. If you have questions, please email us at hello@postmarkdstudio.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We offer shipping to 41 countries. Postmark’d Studio is not responsible for any custom charges that you may incur for your package to be delivered to you.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we do. Postmark’d Studio is not responsible for any custom charges you may incur for your package to be delivered to you.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii?

Yes, we do! Use the “State” drop-down menu to select the location you wish to ship to.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, indeed.

Do you ship to APO/FPO boxes?

Yes, we do.

Gift Subscriptions

If I received a gift subscription, what happens when it runs out?

We would love to have you as a subscriber! You can subscribe by clicking here. You must sign up by the 20th of the month to receive the next month’s box. If you have questions, please email us at hello@postmarkdstudio.com.

How can I send Postmark’d Studio subscription boxes as a gift?

We make it easy for you! Click on Gift Subscription and follow the instructions. Be sure to write a gift note, and we will include a handwritten note inside the gift.

What if I want to buy Postmark’d Studio subscription boxes for a future gift?

We want to make your gift-giving as easy as possible. Giving gifts should be fun, not stressful.

To select the next month’s subscription box for a future gift, you must sign up by the 20th of the month. We encourage you to sign up and then email hello@postmarkedstudio.com to let us know which month you would like the box shipped as a gift.

Am I able to include a gift message?

Yes, we will include a lovely handwritten note with your gift message.

Do you gift-wrap?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift-wrapping services. Our boxes are carefully packed and will be sure to delight the recipient.

Do you have phone support?

We do not. We are a small team, and email allows us to respond efficiently to any questions or concerns you may have. There are two ways to reach us:

What if I receive an item in my box that is broken or damaged?

This would make us extremely sad. Please email hello@postmarkdstudio.com, and we will make it right.
