What type of Postmark’d Studio subscription box plans are available?
You may subscribe for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months depending on your personal preference. You can shop the different types of subscription box plans here.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Once a subscription order has been placed, the initial subscription cannot be canceled. The one-month subscription plan automatically renews each month. Monthly subscribers may cancel future PostBox subscription plans by the 15th of the month for the following month’s subscription box. There are no cancellation fees. Simply log in to your account and click on Manage Subscriptions to cancel your subscription. (Please note, you must cancel by the 15th of the month to avoid receiving the following month’s shipment.) Sorry, we do not honor cancellations or refund any prepaid long-term subscription plans (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plans).
How do I upgrade my subscription?
Yes! (You’re so smart.) We are pleased and flattered! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will take care of you.
What if I just signed up and want to receive the current month’s PostBox?
We reserve a few extra boxes each month. Please email email@example.com, and we will gladly assist you with your purchase of any items available at the time of your request for the cost of the box + shipping.
When is my credit card charged?
For monthly subscriptions, you card is charged at the time of purchase, and you will receive your first Postmark’d Studio subscription box the following month. A recurring charge will be applied to your credit card each month on the 20th. For 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscription plans, your credit card is charged in full at the time of your purchase. A recurring charge for your subscription plan will be applied to your credit card when your plan automatically renews (the same date you initially signed up). Example: If you select a 3-month plan on June 5, your subscription will automatically renew for 3 additional months on September 5.
Is sales tax charged?
We do not charge sales tax as Postmark’d Studio is based in the state of Oregon, currently a non-sales tax state.
What forms of payments do you take?
We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
How do I make changes to my billing information?
I have the one-month subscription—do I need to manually make a purchase each month?
No. After you have selected the one-month subscription plan, a recurring charge will be applied to your credit card on the 20th of each month.
What is the return policy?
We put a tremendous amount of thought, time, and energy into selecting products for your box. If you don’t absolutely love your box, pay the gift forward and share with a friend or loved one. Simply, all sales are final. Thanks for your understanding.
When will my first Postmark’d Studio subscription box ship?
Once you place your first order, your PostBox will ship by the fifth of the following month. (For example, if you place your order on June 14, your first box will ship on or by July 5.) Our boxes are always scheduled to ship by the fifth of the month—unless it falls on a weekend or holiday, in which case we ship the next business day. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your box is shipped.
When will my Postmark’d Special Delivery Box ship?
We do our very best to ship your order the same or next day after the order is received. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, it will ship the following business day. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions.
How will my Postmark’d Studio box ship?
Your subscription box will ship via USPS Priority Mail. It should arrive at your door within two to three business days after shipping.
Why do you charge shipping?
The value of Postmark’d Studio boxes are in the goods. Shipping is simply a necessary method and cost to get them to you. We reward our long-term subscribers for their loyalty. Sign up for a 12-month subscription plan, and we will ship your monthly subscription boxes for FREE!
Do you offer upgraded shipping?
At this time, we do not offer upgraded shipping options. Be sure to check the website regularly as we will post shipping cutoff dates for holidays such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day.
How can I make changes to my shipping address?
You may make changes to your shipping address on your account page under Billing Information. Shipping addresses must be updated by the 20th of the month to ensure delivery of the following month’s box. Returned shipments due to an invalid address will incur a reship charge. If you have questions, please email us at email@example.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship internationally. However, it is something we would like to offer in the future.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii?
Yes, we do! Please use the “State” drop-down menu to select the location you wish to ship to.
Do you ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO boxes?
If I received a gift subscription, what happens when it runs out?
How can I send Postmark’d Studio subscription boxes as a gift?
It’s easy! Check the box for “Is this a gift?” in the checkout process and enter the recipient’s address for the shipping details. Be sure to write a gift message in the cart, and we will include a handwritten note inside the gift. What if I want to buy Postmark’d Studio subscription boxes for a future gift?

Do you gift-wrap?
At this time, we don’t offer gift-wrapping services. Our boxes are carefully packed and will be sure to delight the recipient upon arrival.
